Collector Interoperability Matrix

This table lists the available Operating Systems and platforms compatible with the Butterfly Analysis Engine Collector.

Compatibility is dependent on the software and operating system running the most up to date patch level and all interdependent or connected software modules or applications being of the same or compatible version. Butterfly supports the standard un-altered kernel/Operating System levels as indicated in the table. Should an issue arise on a revised kernel, Operating System, or virtual system environment, Backup Migrator support may request the recreation of the problem with the standard operating environment.

Support Definitions
Butterfly support only applies to Butterfly Software products, assuming you have current support for such software and such Butterfly Software is operating in configurations which Butterfly designates as supported. Butterfly support does not cover (and we have no responsibility for) providing technical support, installation services or other services for any other software or hardware products.
