David Jay

Non-Executive Finance Director

David has operated as a Finance Director in the technology sector for the past twenty years.  In 1991, David was appointed Group Finance Director of Texas Instruments’ European Software Business.  Prior to this he was employed at senior levels within organisations such as James Martin Associates, Memorex, Sainsbury and Texaco.  More recently David has been involved with a number of early stage venture capital backed companies.  David is a Chartered Management Accountant, a Fellow of the Institute of Directors and a Chartered Director (a qualification granted by the Institute of Directors).
